What countries do you ship to?

We are currently shipping worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over $125.

 

How long will take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days.  Shipping times will vary depending on your country/location.  Full shipping information is available here.

 

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

Yes. If you need to request a return or exchange you can email us at shop@raxson.co to get started.

 

Are there any customs or import fees?

As all orders are currently shipped from Canada and you may have additional import fees upon delivery depending on your country and order total.

 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes. We offer online gift cards that can be sent to any email as a gift or used at a later date.

Where are Raxson Athletica products made?

Our products are currently being manufactured in North America, South America and Asia.

 

Are all of your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We are commited to only producing goods using man made materials. We have never used animal-derived materials like fur, wool, down or leather since the very beginning.

 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. Our garment packaging is made of eco-friendly, biodegradeable material.

 

What does WRAP Certified mean?

Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production is a partership whose stated aim is promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world. Whenever possible, we work with WRAP certified or Fairtrade factories and suppliers.
